We love to partner with Northeast Louisiana festivals as an event attraction. The presence of an inflatable play area greatly enhances the appeal for families. It has proven to increase the likelihood of attendance as well as the stay duration on festival grounds.
Party Jumps is a family owned and operated business dedicated to providing safe, clean, active entertainment for Northeast Louisiana. We are fully licensed, insured, and safety training certified with a large selection of units to fit your needs. With several years experience in servicing a large client base of churches, schools, and individuals, we feel confident that we could greatly enhance your festival.
There are two operating models that we offer for festivals in the traditional rental model or the pay to play model. Each has its own merits and limitations, but both are setup to be mutually beneficial while creating a memorable experience for patrons.
In the traditional rental model, Party Jumps will deliver and setup the units you select at the designated area on the festival grounds. The units are transferred to your care, custody, and control and are your responsibility to safely operate and attend for the duration of the event. This model requires a signed liability waiver and a hold harmless agreement in which you release Party Jumps from any assumption of risk. We will return at the festival conclusion to retrieve and remove the units. The rental rate for this model is a pre-determined flat fee based on the size and number of units selected as well as travel distance to the festival grounds. This model is great for church groups or local organizations that would like to setup their own ticketed attraction fundraiser.
Pay to Play
In the pay to play model, Party Jumps will deliver and setup the units we select at the designated area on the festival grounds as well as provide operators and attendants for the duration of the event. There is no liability waiver or hold harmless agreement nor is there a rental charge for this model as the compensation structure is based on ticket sales. At the conclusion of the festival, we would retrieve and remove the units. The following week, Party Jumps will issue a check payable to the festival or sponsor for 10% of sales over and above the fair rental value of the event. This model is great for festivals that would like to avoid liability requirements, attendant scheduling, and quality control while benefiting with increased gate revenue and structured payout with no effort and limited involvement.
